Do I need to make an appointment to meet with you?
Yes please – we offer appointments at 15h30, 17h30 and 19h30 from Mondays to Thursdays and between 08h30 and 12h30 on Saturdays.
Do you charge a consultation fee?
No, not at all – an appointment with us is completely free of charge.
No it isn’t necessary at all. It is often the case that the quantities for your on-the-day stationery items depend on the response from your wedding invitations. You can place your wedding invitation order separately and we will have all your design and colour preferences remembered to make ordering your other stationery items extra easy.
Then we gladly make you some more! These additional invitations are done at the same rates as your original invitations. If required, the RSVP date for your additional invitations can be adjusted.
We undertake to have your wedding stationery ready for collection (or despatch) within 10 working days of receiving proof (sign off) confirmation. Should you require your wedding stationery sooner, we offer an express service that guarantees them being ready within 6 working days of proof confirmation, however, this service is subject to an additional charge.
We are a custom stationery design studio and custom work and time consumption go hand-in-hand. All you need to have is a realistic and reasonable allocation in your budget for your wedding stationery and we’ll be able to work within these limits. In addition we will be able to offer some useful suggestions on how to maximise your stationery budget.
Due to the handmade-to-order nature of your wedding stationery, we require a 50% deposit to secure your order and for us to start working. The remaining balance due is payable prior to collection or despatch.
Can I choose my own wording for my wedding invitations?
Yes, of course! We have a number of suggested wording templates but you are more than welcome to provide us with the wording of your choice. You can email us your preferred text – take extra care to check nothing is missing and everything is correctly spelt.
To ensure your guests have enough time to make any arrangements necessary you should send your invitations out at least 6 to 8 weeks before your wedding day. Sending out invitations earlier may be helpful to guests who are travelling from afar.
If your wedding is taking place during the busy summer months, it is advisable to send out save the date cards to your guests between 6 to 12 months in advance. Your wedding invitations will then follow closer to the time. Similarly, if your wedding is overseas or requires your guests to make a number of arrangements, then save the date cards are ideal to ensure enough time is allowed.
